OUR PARTNERS

NAWBO-Denver is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC). CWCC will be NAWBO-Denver’s first new Community Partner.

The Community Partner program was formed to enhance the ability of NAWBO and other women business organizations to strengthen business opportunities for women in Colorado. The primary intent of the partnership is to cross-promote and market each organization’s activities, particularly activities with a focus on education and networking. Key aspects of the collaboration include:

  • Distributing literature and information about each organization’s upcoming educational and networking activities.
  • Informing members of educational and networking activities offered by the other organization through announcements at meetings, in newsletters or e-zines, as well as in other ways each organization communicates with its members.
  • Posting event notices on each organization’s website and providing a link to the other organization’s website.
  • Listing the other organization in literature and on websites as Community Partners, united to support ongoing education and support for Colorado women in business.

A key benefit of the new partnership with the CWCC is that members of each organization will receive “member pricing” for identified events each group sponsors. This means that NAWBO-Denver members will be able to attend CWCC activities such as monthly luncheons and educational seminars presented by the University of Phoenix at prices currently available to CWCC members. Click here for a listing of CWCC events that are included in the new partnership agreement.

The Community Partner program will help bring together organizations that provide education, service and support for women business owners. Our belief is that through collaboration, women business owners will reap the benefits of affiliation with the numerous other membership organizations in the region. To that end, NAWBO will be able to expand the scope of what the organization currently offers to women business owners in fulfillment of its mission to support the economic viability of women business owners.
